Tournament Procedures

Call the Pro Shop to secure date with Indian Tree’s Tournament Director, Alan Abrams. 303-403-2542 or proabrams@yahoo.com

You will need to know:

  • Tournament Name
  • Company
  • Address
  • City State, Zip
  • Phone
  • Fax
  • Start Time
  • Desired dates.
  • Number of players 8 to 144
  • Format.
  • 18 or 9 Holes
  • Tee Times: 10 Minute tee times, Shotgun or Modified Shotgun

Times negotiable depending on daily schedules.
All shotguns must be pre-approved and are am starts.
Some restrictions will apply.

After securing a date with the Indian Tree Tournament Director, fax or mail the Tournament Information as written verification.

We must receive Tournament Request form 7 days after your call.
Upon receipt of form, we will send you a one-page contract with your pricing, dates and starting time. This contract must be signed by your tournament coordinator and sent back to Indian Tree G. C. with a $100 Deposit to hold your tournament date. If we do not have a deposit and signed contract we cannot hold your date.
Balance of payment must be received no later than (7) days prior to the date requested.
All food or meeting room requirements should be placed ASAP with the Jeremy Quattlebaum, Restaurant Manager, after securing tournament date. Call 303-463-4277
